How to dye polyester yarn?
- Prepare raw materials: Prepare PET chips, color masterbatch and other raw materials.

- Mixing: Mix the PET chips and color masterbatch at a certain amount and ratio.
- Extrusion: Put the mixture into a screw extruder to extrude, so that the PET chips and color masterbatch are fully blended.
- Filtration: Filter the molten material to remove impurities and undissolved color masterbatch.
