Covering (ACY) workship
To produce air-covered yarns in one step, we perform texturizing and air covering on the same machine at the air covering plant. We currently utilize 15 sets of these modern texturizing and air covering machines, resulting in an average monthly production of 300 tons of air-covered yarns. Our area of specialty includes blended yarns, which feature a specific granularity and allow for the mixing of multiple yarn types or colors. Our equipment is designed to wind bobbins with exact measurements.
