Covering (SCY,DCY) workship
Within our facility, we have 20 yarn twisting lines designed for specific purposes.
Single-covered yarn (SCY) and double-covered yarn (DCY) have a combined average monthly production of approximately 450 tons. The main difference between the two types lies in the number of yarns wrapped around the core yarn. SCY only requires a single yarn, while DCY requires two. The core yarn can make use of spandex or rubber yarn. The coating process can enhance the yarn’s appearance, texture, and strength. Our braided yarns are used in the production of various textiles such as socks, tights, elastic bands, and woven fabrics.
