To produce high-quality textile and industrial yarns, we introduced Oerlikon Barmag systems that utilize commonly used polymers such as polyester, polyamide 6 and 6.6, and polypropylene.
The monthly production output for pre-oriented yarn (POY) averages around 1500 tons.The spinning pumps apply high-pressure to force the polymer to melt through microscopic spinnerets, resulting in filaments that are bundled into threads, drawn over godets and wound using a winder. Our high-performing spinning system comprises the extruder, spinning pump, spin beam, spin packs, and quenching system, producing top-quality yarns.
