Cautious During Transportation
Due to hot melt yarn has a low melting point, when exposured at high temperature, it will melt and cause the adhesion, similar effect to solid glue. In summer, when the temperature reaches to 30°C, and the goods are exposed to the sunslight at 50 or 60 C, the hot melt yam will partially melts, the yarn would sticks mess together, gets hard, and the whole yarn juts up from the middle like a bullet. This yarn will easily be broken in the weaving process and incur quality problem.
The warehouse must pay great attention to this temperature problem when loading, unloading and storing. Loading and unloadinga Make sure the goods will not suffer the sunlight and store them in a cool place, out of the sun.
During the Long-distance transport, it will also cause the melting of hot melt yarn under the long-time high temperature. Goods should be loaded properly where there is little sun exposured. (better put them on the middle of shipments)
The transportation of this hot melt yarn is also a key point. Two drivers must take turns in long-distance transportation without any stopover. The driver should not park his car where exposure to the sun.
