Our company ‘s high stretch yarn（high elastic yarn） is a synthetic fiber made from 100% polyester or 100% nylon material which has high elasticity, flexibility, and puffy properties. Its most special feature is its elasticity, which can stretch to several times or even more than ten times its original length after being stressed, and then gradually return to its original length after the external force is removed.

Which yarns have the most elastic stretch?

How to dye high stretch yarn？
The dyeing of hig stretch yarn has different methods, with common ones being masterbatch spinning（dope dyed）, cone dyed, hunk dyed.
Masterbatch spinning （dope dyed）involves using polyester or nylon chips as the base material, melting, spinning, stretching, cooling, and shaping colored masterbatches, which can be used directly.
Cone dyed and hunk dyed typically encompass key steps such as raw material preparation, pre-treatment, dye preparation, dyeing, temperature and time control, rinsing, fixing, post-treatment, and final inspection. Proper selection of dye and color formulations is crucial during the dyeing process to ensure uniform and durable coloration of the final product.
